How do I modify or cancel my booking?

To cancel or modify a reservation, please email info@parkforu.com or call at 844.675.7171 or 1.905.677.7275.

I selected departure pick-up service, where should I go at the time of departure?

Please call us when you are 10-15 minutes away from the terminal. It will allow Park For U some time to send the driver at the terminal before your arrival. Our customer service representatives will confirm the designated spot of meeting over the phone.

I have made my reservation and will not be parking as long as anticipated. Will I receive a refund for these unused days?

No refund will be issued for unused days but you will get credited. You can modify or cancel your reservation up to a minute before the start time of your reservation. You will need to provide your first and last name exactly as entered on your booking and your Reservation Confirmation Number from your confirmation e-mail.

I pre-paid my parking and have had to extend my trip. How do I pay for the additional days?

If you have overstayed on a reservation that has already been paid, you will be asked to pay the additional. To add days, please email info@parkforu.com.

Why do I get charged for a full day for the time I stay past my reservation when I only stay a few hours over?

Every customer is given 3 hour grace period upon their arrival. If you stay beyond that time, you will get charged a late fee of $8.99 plus tax i.e. $10.16. Park For U doesn’t have hourly rates but goes by 24-hour period.

What I if have no room in the vehicle for the driver?

Park For U also provides additional services i.e. Departure Pick-Up and Arrival Drop-Off for $20 plus tax per service. Using the additional service, you won’t have to pick and drop off the driver at our facility. You can also drop off your passengers first and then have just one person bring the car to us to park. On the return, you can drop our valet agent back first and then pick up the passengers. Please note that Park For U can deny/remove the additional services at any time without notice to customer.

Do I need to contact Park For U or the facility at which I will be parking to confirm my booking?

If you have booked directly through our website or app, you do not need to reconfirm. If you have used third party sites to reserve, please check the instructions on your reservation receipt for steps to confirm the booking.

When will I receive my confirmation?

You receive your confirmation two ways. At the end of the booking process, a confirmation screen will display showing your booking details that you may print. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours.

Why do I have to provide my e-mail address?

Your confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Park For U is a paperless company, all communication is done through your cell phone and email to increase efficiency and save you time.

I don't have an e-mail address. Can I still make a booking?

Yes, you can call our Reservation Center at 1-844-675-7171 and one of our representatives will be happy to complete your booking. They can text or provide you confirmation over the phone. Also, free email addresses can be obtained from Yahoo! at http://mail.yahoo.com or Google at https://accounts.google.com.

For how many days can I make my booking?

You can make reservations for any period of time. As indicated below, if you will be parking for over thirty days, please notify the lot staff when you arrive.

What if there are a maximum number of days I can stay?

No, if you expect to be staying more than 30 days you should notify a lot employee so that your vehicle is not considered abandoned. Vehicles parked for over thirty days without notifying lot management may be towed at the owner's expense.

When is my credit card billed for my booking?

Your credit card is charged in full at the time that you make your reservation.

Is my credit card information secure?

With just one click, you can sign in securely to the PARK FOR U website and have all your transactions protected by powerful Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology and Private Communication Technology (PCT) security standards supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 4.0 and higher, and other popular browsers. SSL encrypts your credit card number, name, address, and telephone number before they travel over the Internet. This makes doing business over the Internet as secure as purchasing by telephone.

I don't want to use my credit card over the internet. How can I book my parking?

You can call our Reservation Center at 1-844-675-7171 or 1-905-677-7275 and one of our representatives will be happy to complete your booking.

I was charged twice after exiting the parking facility. How do I get a refund?

To arrange a refund for double charge, please contact our customer service department at info@parkforu.com.

You can charge my account instantly. Why should it take longer to credit my account?

This is dictated by the time it takes the merchant services company and your credit card company to process the refund. Your refund is submitted immediately by us, but there is often a delay by the Merchant Service or Credit Card Company in crediting the account. This is true of all credit card refunds (Not just Park For U).

When should I expect to receive my refund?

For canceled and unused days, Park For U only gives out credit for the amount paid. Issued credit is accessible through your online account and is non-expirable and can also be transferred over to family and friends.

Can I pay with cash or a check when booking my airport parking?

All major credit cards are accepted when booking online. We cannot accept cash or a check.

I have made my booking and want to use a coupon when I return from my trip. Is this possible?

No, the rate you have secured when making your booking does not allow you to use a coupon.

Why can't I see the facility that I am looking for? It was there last week.

Each parking facility has a limited number of reserved parking spaces. When these are sold out it is removed from the available choices for reservations.

I am unable to print my confirmation. What do I do?
